This legal forms are further categorized into 3 categories
(1) Free Zone Establishment (FZE) (2) Free Zone Company (FZC) (3) Branch Office
Free Zone Establishment (FZE): This form is a single person company as the 100% shareholder.
Free Zone Company (FZC): This is more of a limited liability company, and will require more than 1 shareholder, it must have two or more shareholders.
Branch Office: This is allowed for preexisting company in a different location. A branch of the company can be formed in a Free Zone.
